"The train to and from Taromina was excellent. However travelling around the town was challenging. We stayed in Capo Taromina. The buses were infrequent and not on time. We waited over an hour for a bus that didnt come one evening. Taxis were also not available as everyone who was at the bus stop took the taxis. We paid a HIUGE amount to get home (just a short distance but very steep) at 11pm in an uber. The cable car was much better but also very expensive "

"Taormina was a beautiful place to visit. Everything is situated within walking distance . Lots of places to eat, shop and sight seeing was amazing. The water crystal clear and friendly people. Highly recommend "

"We loved visiting Taormina. It’s a delightful and charming city with great shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed the city garden. It was beautifully landscaped, had lots of shade and seating with spectacular views. We enjoyed the ease of the public parking lots. We also enjoyed Taormina’s proximity to Mt. Etna and Castelmola."
