The name ‘Giafari’ derives from the Arabic word Jaʽfar, meaning in Arabic "small river” or “creek”. The location of the house was historically known as the “Giafari district”. Close by is a Roman water filtration system that still serves the city today. Also within easy access of the stunning Ionian coast, the theme of Casa Giafari is inspired by the life and rejuvenation provided by the close by waters.

Casa Giafari provides guests with air-conditioned units with a wardrobe, a coffee machine, a fridge, a minibar, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a patio, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
